At HopMart store we are serious about your privacy, we never store, collect or otherwise process your sensitive data in any purpose other than payment or merchandise shipment.
Payments
Acceptable payment methods:

- PayPay
- credit card (through PayPal - account not required)
- personal check
- bank transfer
Shipment
We arrange shipment according to customer's preferences:
- UPS Next Day Air, FedEx Overnight
- UPS 2nd Day Air, FedEx 2Day
- UPS 3 Day Select, FedEx Express Saver - 3 business days
- USPS First-Class Mail 1-3 business days
- USPS Priority Mail 2-3 business days
- UPS Ground, FedEx Home Delivery 1–5 business
- USPS Parcel Post 2-9 business days
Returns
If You wish to return an item, please contact us using contact form
within 3 business days after receipt.
Please note that we thoroughly inspect all the items before shipment.
You can return an item:
- If you've received a defective item.
Items damaged in transit must immediately be brought to the attention of HopMart and the shipping company.
Please return all the merchandise in the original box with packing materials.
You will NOT be charged additional shipping cost in this case.
- If you received a different product than initially purchased.
The item must be returned with the following:
- All original contents (product, manuals, instructions, etc.).
- Original packaging.
- Original invoice or receipt.
You will NOT be charged additional shipping cost when we send you the correct item.
- If you would like to exchange an item for a different type, style or color.
You WILL bear additional shipping cost in this case.
- If you want to return the item completely.
You WILL BE charged the full shipping cost plus 10% of re-stocking FEE.
All returned merchandise has to be in a perfect condition (if applicable).
